Very fun game. controls get stuck sometimes for me but idk why. Easy to learn hard to master. FROG
I'm glad you enjoyed it. If you don't mind my asking, what do you mean by stuck? I want to make sure stuff like that doesn't happen after the jam is over :-)
I was in a live discord with them. I guess the keybored wouldn't let them go down? I haven't been able to reproduce this bug unfortunately. Still trying different things.
Nice work. I like the intentional slow turn around. I would say the map is too big for what the game is, and also the areas look too similar and hard to distinguish where you are, and there's no real point in exploring it other than to get pack a punch... maybe if there were other things like health that spawned around or something you needed to collect in order to pack a punch it would make the exploration worth it. I can see good things for this game in the future.
That's really good feedback! We have plans to make the map size make more sense in the future. Currently the background and all of the objects are randomly generated so sometimes it doesn't make much sense. Now that the deadline is behind us I can take the extra time to add some logic to the game and polish up/optimize a ton of things. Thank you for playing!
